ImgKoi (imgkoi.com) provides free online tools to convert, compress, resize and edit images and PDFs. No account is needed. We may change, limit or stop any part of the service at any time.

You keep all rights to the files you upload and the results you download. You give us permission to process your files only as needed to run the tool you choose; they're deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

You must have the right to use every file you upload, and your use of the results must respect the rights of others, including copyright, trademark and privacy.

Don't use the service to:

• Upload illegal content, including content that exploits minors, or content you don't have the right to use.
• Upload malware or files designed to harm our systems.
• Overload, attack or disrupt the service, or get around its usage limits.
• Access the service by automated means in a way that burdens it, or resell it, without our written permission.

We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

Background removal, upscaling and enhancement use AI models. Results can contain mistakes or artifacts; check them before relying on them. You're responsible for how you use the results.

The service has limits on file size, number of files and requests per minute, and may queue work when busy. Limits may change without notice.

The service is provided free, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your needs. Keep your own copies of important files.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImgKoi and its operators aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to US $50.

The service may show ads and link to other websites. We aren't responsible for third-party content, products or services.

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
