Two ways to remove the background
Background around the subject
Removes the plain background that touches the edges of the image, starting from the corners. White or matching colors inside your logo or subject stay as they are.
Every pixel of one color
Removes one color everywhere in the image, including holes and gaps inside the subject, such as the inside of letters.
Tolerance you control
Raise the tolerance to also remove near-white shades, shadows and compression noise; lower it to keep light details.
Tips
Logos with white inside
Keep the default mode, so white inside the logo (for example in letters like O or A) isn't removed.
Signatures
Scan or photograph the signature on white paper, then use "Every pixel of one color" to remove the paper and the gaps between strokes.
Photos with complex backgrounds
